Why Join Bridge Brothers? * *Competitive Pay:* Hourly wages based on experience and skill level * *No Experience Required:* Willing to train motivated individuals who want to learn * *Overtime Opportunities:* Additional hours available based on workload * *Steady Work:* Year-round employment with a strong backlog of projects * *Hands-On Training:* Learn welding, fabrication, and structural steel assembly from experienced team members * *Career Growth:* Opportunities to develop new skills and advance within the shop * *Consistent Schedule:* Monday–Friday What You'll Do Depending on your experience and skill level, responsibilities may include: * Weld and fabricate structural steel components used in bridge construction * Learn and perform welding processes such as flux-core (FCAW), stick (SMAW), and MIG * Assist with fitting, aligning, and assembling steel beams, plates, and components * Read and follow shop drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions * Grind, clean, and prepare steel for welding and assembly * Inspect completed work to ensure quality * Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and other shop equipment safely * Work alongside experienced welders and fabricators to complete projects * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For * Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn * Interest in welding, fabrication, or hands-on skilled trades * Ability to follow instructions and work safely * Attention to detail and pride in quality work * Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication shop * Ability to work independently and as part of a team *No previous welding experience required!* The following experience is a plus, but not required: * MIG, flux-core, or stick welding * Structural steel or heavy fabrication * Welding school or technical training * Reading blueprints or shop drawings * Operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or fabrication equipment Schedule & Pay * Full-time, Monday–Friday * Overtime available based on workload * Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level * Stable, year-round employment * In-person position in Pickens, SC Benefits * Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 90 days) * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Opportunities for training and career advancement Ready to Get Started?
