We are seeking an experienced electrical apprentice to join our team. To give you an idea of what to expect when interviewing with us, we have a 3-phase interview process. First phase is meeting over zoom for the initial interview. Second phase is in-person, you will meet at the shop to go over our practice wall to see where your experience and knowledge lies. Third and final phase, you will meet with the owners over dinner to discuss specifics and possibly be made an offer for the position. *Apprentices are responsible for:* * Assist in completing residential/ Commercial service calls * Building customer rapport * Perform routine tasks under the supervision and direction of the Senior Electrician * Always professional * Assist in keeping Company truck and worksite clean and organized *Requirements:* * High School Diploma, or equivalent * Pass Drug and Background check * Punctuality * Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary * Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology * Skills with basic hand tools and power tools * Positive Attitude * Team player who has a Willingness to learn * Clean driving record * Valid Drivers license * Reliable transportation *Preferred but not Required:* * Between 1-2 years relevant experience in construction and/ or electrical work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Paid time off Work Location: In person
