Electrician Helper

If you want to learn a specialty that stays in demand, this is it. We focus on petroleum electrical using explosion-proof fitting and rigid metal conduit. You’ll see everything from retail fueling to critical hospital generator fuel systems. Experience with RMC and explosion-proof work is a plus, and we’ll train the right person with strong conduit skills and a safety-first mindset. Responsibilities: - Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to assist with electrical installations. - Assist with the installation of electrical components, such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures. - Use hand tools and power tools to assist with electrical work. - Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of a licensed electrician. - Follow safety protocols and adhere to all electrical codes and regulations. - Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs. Required: -be mechanically inclined -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Preferred but not required: - Knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work. - Basic understanding of electrical concepts and principles.
