Apprentice Plumber

*Job Overview* As an Apprentice Plumber, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbing professionals to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on construction and remodeling projects. You’ll build practical skills while contributing to safe, code-compliant work at job sites and in the field. This is a paid apprenticeship. *Responsibilities* * Assist with pipe installation, threading, and construction plumbing tasks using hand and power tools. * Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support layout and installation work. * Help maintain and repair plumbing systems; support related carpentry, welding, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) tasks as assigned. * Follow safety protocols, including power tool safety, and help ensure work meets applicable building codes. * Support field service work and communicate professionally with customers and team members. * Your impact: Careful, code-compliant installations help customers and building occupants rely on safe, functional plumbing systems. *Requirements* * Construction experience or construction site experience is helpful; plumbing, construction plumbing, remodeling, or handyman experience is a plus. * Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; pipe threading experience is beneficial. * Basic math skills and a commitment to safety protocol adherence and building code compliance. * Customer service skills and willingness to learn plumbing system maintenance and repair; welding, carpentry, or HVAC knowledge is a plus.
