Apprentice Plumber (min. 1 year experience req.)

Redbud Plumbing is hiring for a licensed apprentice plumber to join our team. Redbud Plumbing is a high quality custom plumbing company specializing in service, remodels and new construction. Day to day responsibilities: * Assist licensed plumber in completion of daily plumbing tasks * Organize and clean vehicles, job sites and shop * Pull materials and equipment for jobs * Learn the plumbing trade Seeking the following: * Minimum two years experience required, and must have apprentice license * Clean driving and criminal background (must be able to pass both) * Reliable transportation to get to and from the shop * Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent * Mechanically inclined * Solid character * Good communication and listening skills * Able to work under direction * Able to dig and work in confined spaces as needed * Organizational skills * Wants to learn the plumbing trade from highly skilled plumbers and management * Self-motivated and hard working * Clean appearance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Experience: * Plumbing: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Plumbing Apprentice License (Required) * Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: * Austin, TX 78758 (Required) Work Location: In person
