Located in Columbia, Maryland our customer base includes Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Prince Georges and other surrounding counties. *Overview* We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our dynamic team. This paid apprenticeship offers hands-on training in plumbing systems, construction techniques, and safety protocols. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will develop essential skills while supporting skilled tradespeople on diverse construction sites and maintenance projects. *Duties* * Assist with pipe installation, fittings, equipment, and system assembly under supervision * Support plumbing system maintenance and repair tasks on commercial projects * Test pipes and fixtures using water and air to detect deficiencies * Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely * Safely measure, cut, thread, glue, solder, braze, and slope pipes composed of various materials. * Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment * Install hangers and supports for all plumbing systems. * Contribute to remodeling, renovation, and field service tasks as needed *Skills* * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment usage * Ability to work effectively on construction sites with attention to detail Join us to kickstart your career in the plumbing trade!
