CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder - Entry Level- First Shift

We are seeking a full-time, on-site CNC ToolCutter Grinder at our Sanford, ME location. The CNC ToolCutter Grinder will be responsible for operating and maintaining our grinding equipment to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools. Key responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring production, adjusting parameters, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools. Set up machines, monitor production, and adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance. Perform quality control using precision measuring instruments. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Required Qualifications: Ability to be trained to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent.
