Electrical Apprentice

*Electrical Trainee – Residential* *Dynamic Wave Solutions* | Wenatchee / East Wenatchee, WA | Full-time *Pay:* $20.60/hr, based on the CITC wage chart and your logged hours *About us* Dynamic Wave Solutions is a local electrical contractor in the Wenatchee Valley. We're a small crew that's growing, and we want people who show up, work hard, and want to build a career in the trade. We train our people and give them more responsibility as they earn it. *The job* This is a residential trainee position. Most of your work will be on homes: new construction, remodels, service calls, and panel upgrades. You'll also do communications and controls work, which will give you skills most residential trainees don't get. _Note: We are a CITC partner, but this position does not include a spot in the CITC apprenticeship program._ *What you'll do* * Rough-in and trim-out on new homes and remodels * Pull wire, set boxes, and install devices, fixtures, and fans * Help with panel upgrades, service changes, and EV charger installs * Run and terminate data cable (Cat6, coax) * Install and wire smart home systems, lighting controls, and thermostats * Help troubleshoot on service calls * Keep the truck, tools, and jobsite clean and organized *Requirements* * Active WA L&I Electrical Trainee card (required) * Electrical or construction experience * Your own basic hand tools * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * On time and ready to work every day * Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders *Nice to have* * Logged trainee hours * Residential new construction or service experience * Low-voltage or data cabling experience *What you get* * Pay based on the CITC wage chart, with raises as your hours and skills go up * Hours logged toward your license * Training in residential, communications, and controls work * Steady, year-round work * Training from an owner with a 01 journeyman license and 12 years in the field *Drug- and tobacco-free workplace* We are a drug- and tobacco-free company. Our crew works in customers' homes and on live electrical systems, so we keep our jobsites, trucks, and shop clean and safe.
