Electrical Apprentice

You will be responsible for working with or leading a small crew in residential and commercial electrification projects like EV Charger installations, MPUs, and other. *Requirements* * Basic understanding in renewable energy * Leadership skills * Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc. and install wire * Great pipe bending skills * Ability to complete main panel upgrades * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues * Be resourceful in finding solutions to obstacles * Keep prompt, honest and transparent communication between all parties * Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements and timely reporting of violations * Optimize time and material usage by choosing appropriate tools and methods * Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed. * Deliver outstanding customer service *Qualifications* * Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience * Doing work that meets the code and that you and our clients can be proud of. * High professional standards * Strong moral values * Openness to feedback * Customer focus * Valid Driver's license * Hand tools * Experience in Solar and Energy Storage Systems is a plus *Benefits* * Pay commensurate with skills and experience * Growth and career path opportunities * Paid time off * Sick leave * 401(k) matching (3-4%) * Tips from clients Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) 3% Match * 401(k) 4% Match * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Application Question(s): * What makes you a great fit for this position?
