Electrical Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our field crews on commercial and industrial solar installations in the Phoenix, AZ market. The ideal candidate is enrolled in (or eligible for) a state-registered electrical apprenticeship, has reliable, safety-focused work habits, and is eager to learn the electrical trade from experienced journeymen and foremen. Working under the direct supervision of licensed electricians, you will support installations with material handling, conduit prep, wire pulls, and job-site upkeep while completing your required apprenticeship hours and coursework. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist journeyman electricians with installations under supervision. Handle materials, prep conduit, pull wire, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Complete required apprenticeship hours and coursework. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Learn to read plans and specifications and apply the National Electrical Code (NEC). Requirements Enrollment in (or eligibility for) a state-registered electrical apprenticeship. Reliable, safety-focused work habits and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn the electrical trade and take direction from journeymen and foremen. Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites, including lifting materials and working on ladders and lifts. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Ability to pass a background check.
