Electrical Apprentice

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in electrical work, supporting licensed electricians on various projects. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience and the ability to work effectively with a helper to complete small jobs. This paid position provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain practical industry knowledge in a professional environment. *Duties* * Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial settings * Support the team in completing small electrical jobs efficiently and accurately * Work collaboratively with helpers to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time * Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all work activities * Learn to interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions under supervision * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly handled and stored * Participate in training sessions to expand electrical knowledge and skills *Skills* * Prior commercial electrical experience is required * Ability to work well with a helper and follow instructions effectively * Strong attention to detail and safety awareness * Good communication skills and teamwork orientation * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in the electrical trade * Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures is preferred but not mandatory This position is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in the electrical industry through practical experience and professional mentorship.
