Electrical Apprentice

About Primo Electric Primo Electric is a licensed electrical contractor based in Vancouver, WA, working across Clark County and the Portland metro. We do commercial tenant improvements, EV charging, service upgrades and new construction for general contractors, property managers and homeowners. We're a small crew, so your work is seen and it matters. We're hiring an Electrical Apprentice who is already in an apprenticeship or trainee school program and wants to build a career, from trainee to journeyman. Pay: depends on experience, with raises as you move up through your apprenticeship. Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. What you'll do - Work alongside a licensed journeyman on commercial and residential jobs - Pull wire, set boxes, mount panels, run conduit and trim out devices - Learn to read plans and lay out work - Follow jobsite safety rules and keep the van and site clean and organized - Log hours and photos on our phone-based job app What you need - Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship or trainee school program (required) - An active Washington electrical trainee card - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Basic hand tools - Shows up on time, takes direction and wants to learn Why Primo - A clear path to journeyman - Raises at every step - Always paired with a licensed journeyman - Health, dental and vision insurance, and paid time off Hiring process: a short phone call, one in-person meeting, and an offer within 48 hours of the meeting.
