Electrical Apprentice

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to assist experienced electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. This role offers hands-on training and development opportunities for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the electrical trade. Seeking an individual already started in the program. Responsibilities: Assist licensed electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and electrical system troubleshooting. Learn to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Support the installation of electrical components in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Ensure work complies with safety standards and building codes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems. Qualifications: Previous experience in the Electrical Field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong interest in electrical work and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work at heights or in confined spaces. Basic understanding of math and problem-solving skills. Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to develop a professional skill set. Pay is based on % of experience of a Carded MPJ, based on BOLI rating system.
