Electrical Helper – Commercial / Industrial

Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Helper to assist with commercial and industrial electrical installations, primarily supporting our HVAC and mechanical equipment projects. This position will work alongside qualified electricians and mechanical crews to support electrical installation, equipment connections, and related field activities. Responsibilities: Assist with installation of conduit, supports, cable trays, and electrical raceways. Help pull, route, and organize electrical wiring. Assist qualified electricians with electrical work associated with chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, and other mechanical equipment. Support installation of disconnects, control wiring, and related components under appropriate supervision. Assist with equipment replacements and new mechanical system installations. Read basic electrical drawings and follow installation instructions. Organize materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow electrical safety procedures and work under the direction of qualified personnel. Preferred Qualifications: Previous electrical or construction experience preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation practices. Interest in learning commercial and industrial electrical work. Ability to work safely around energized equipment while following required restrictions and supervision. Dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. This can be an entry-level position for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in learning the electrical trade. We do not necessarily need an experienced electrician for this role.
