Electrical Helper

Utility Tech Description: Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Location: Asheville, NC Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Utility Technician to assist with campus moves, furniture setups, and general moving tasks at a college. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can handle physical tasks, and works well with others. Selected candidates will work under our customer’s direction and directly alongside a member of the college management team. Candidates must be professional, reliable, and able to pass a background check. Job Responsibilities Assist with campus moves, furniture relocation, and room setups. Lift, carry, and move furniture, boxes, and other materials. Help arrange furniture and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from the customer and AB Tech management. Maintain a professional attitude and work cooperatively with the team. Perform other moving and setup duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to lift and move furniture, boxes, and other materials. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Professional communication and teamwork skills. Must pass a background check. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred but not required.
