Electrician (01, 02, Apprentice)

*Electrician (01 or 02) and Apprentice* Are you an experienced electrician or eager to learn apprentice? Looking for more than just another job? Do you want the opportunity to help build and shape a growing electrical department? We are seeking skilled electrician with years of field experience, HVAC specialty is a major bonus. We also want an electrical apprentice, attitude and work ethic are more important than experience. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their tools while also helping develop processes, mentor team members, and grow with the department. Our electrical division is young and expanding. We are needing HVAC specialist, generators, rewires, trouble shooting, etc. Quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and consistently passing inspections the right way the first time are a must. *What We’re Looking For* * Several years of residential and/or light commercial electrical experience (for journeyman) * Strong troubleshooting and installation skills * Solution mindset with a willingness to work others * Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to lead by example with your tool belt on * Positive, solution-oriented attitude * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willing to train the right apprentice from the ground up. *Responsibilities* * Perform electrical installations, service, and troubleshooting * Support electrical/HVAC team members in the field * Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code * Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction * Assist with department growth, organization, and process improvement * Help develop and train future electricians *The Opportunity* This position has significant growth potential for the right candidate.
