Electrician Helper

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated Electrician's helper to join our dynamic team and grow with us. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting electricians with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings. This position is physically demanding and provides foundational experience for expanding your knowledge in electrical systems. *Responsibilities* * Assist electricians in installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and electrical components. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform electrical work on construction sites or renovation projects. * Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, materials and equipment. * Assist in testing electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality and safety while under supervision. * Follow all safety protocols related to NEC standards, high voltage handling, low voltage wiring, and construction site safety regulations. * Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently. * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. *Requirements* * Previous Electrical or industry-related experience is a plus. * Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills), ohmmeters, and other testing equipment. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and tasks may involve indoor/outdoor work, heights, confined spaces and varying weather conditions. * Must have a valid driver's license. * We value energetic individuals eager to grow their expertise. * Effectively complete day-to-day tasks. * Strong safety awareness and adherence to regulations. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Active listening, coordination, and critical thinking skills.
