Electrician Helper

*Electrical Helper* *Job Type:* Full-Time *Industry:* Electrical & Audio/Visual (A/V) *Job Summary* We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Electrical Helper to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the electrical trade and gaining hands-on experience in the electrical and audio/visual industry. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working alongside experienced technicians on a variety of job sites. *Responsibilities* * Assist electricians and technicians with daily tasks and projects. * Help install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. * Assist with pulling wire, running conduit, and organizing materials. * Help with installation of audio/visual equipment, wiring, and related systems. * Load, unload, and maintain tools and job-site materials. * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. * Follow instructions and all company safety procedures. * Perform other duties as needed to support the team *Qualifications* * Previous electrical or construction experience is a plus, but not required. * Willingness to learn and develop new skills. * Dependable, punctual, and hardworking. * Ability to work well with others as part of a team. * Comfortable working indoors and outdoors. * Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. *What We Offer* * Competitive pay: *$16.00–$20.00 per hour*, depending on experience. * 5 paid holidays. * PTO after a year of employment. * Supplemental insurance after 90 days is up. * Free Telehealth after 90 days is up. * Opportunity to learn and grow in the electrical trade. * Hands-on training and experience. * A team-oriented work environment. * Opportunity for long-term employment and career development. *How to Apply* If you're motivated, dependable, and ready to learn a trade, we'd love to hear from you!
