Entry Level Aluminum TIG Welder

Nu-Cast is an aluminum investment casting company located in Londonderry, NH. We are looking for people in search of dependable work in a manufacturing environment. *Shift:* M-F 7:30 AM to 4 PM with 2 paid breaks (1 morning, 1 afternoon) and a half-hour un-paid lunch. With over 35 years of experience, the right candidate will be taught how to successfully perform their job well and with confidence. All work is performed indoors in a low-key, temperature-controlled environment. The work atmosphere is relatively low stress, and our employees are some of the most dedicated and down-to-earth people you’ll meet in NH. All our employees receive competitive pay, decent benefits, and one week off each July. Hourly employees are also given the opportunity to pick-up overtime periodically (though not mandatory). *Responsibilities:* * Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts * Read and interpret basic blueprints and welding symbols * Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality * Support general department tasks such as grinding, cutting, and clean up *Qualifications:* * Ability to weld aluminum or willingness to learn * Solid understanding of welding safety practices * Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail * Positive attitude and eagerness to improve * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Londonderry, NH 03053 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
