Entry-Level Carpenter Helper

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a *Shop Helper / Carpenter Helper*. No extensive experience is required. *We provide 1 month of paid training.* *Job Duties/Responsibilities:* * Assist with fabricating and assembling custom woodwork, including cabinets, furniture, and other millwork. * Assist carpenters with daily shop tasks. * Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools under supervision. * Read and follow technical drawings and shop plans with guidance. * Help ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and accuracy. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. *Work requirements:* * OSHA Certification * NYC SST Certification * Woodworking or carpentry experience is a plus. * Experience with woodworking machinery is a plus. * Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. * Strong attention to detail and precision.
