Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical Services is looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Installer to join our installation team. We're seeking motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong mechanical abilities, and want to develop their skills in the heating and cooling industry. As a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience, we proudly serve customers throughout Frederick, Carroll, and Washington counties in Maryland, as well as Adams and Franklin counties in Pennsylvania. No previous HVAC experience is necessary. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and willing to put in the effort, we want to hear from you. What We Offer $20.00-$22.00+ per hour, based on experience Consistent, full-time work with 40+ hours per week Monday through Friday schedule with overtime as required $300 monthly contribution toward health insurance 401(k) with up to a 4% company match Company-paid life insurance Six paid holidays per year 40 hours of paid time off after 90 days Opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement Supportive environment with an established, family-owned company Your Role You'll work alongside experienced HVAC installers to learn the proper methods for installing residential heating and cooling equipment. Responsibilities include: Assist with installing and replacing HVAC systems Help transport, organize, and prepare equipment and materials Learn how to use installation tools and equipment safely Support ductwork, equipment connections, and installation preparation Keep job sites organized and assist with cleanup Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company quality standards Work with the team to complete installations and provide a positive customer experience What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning HVAC installation Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take direction Comfortable using basic hand and power tools or eager to learn Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and commitment to learning Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions Helpful but Not Required: HVAC trade school or technical training Maryland HVAC Apprentice License Construction, installation, or other mechanical experience Start Your HVAC Career With Us We're looking for people who want more than just a paycheck.
