What We Provide: Company reputation - Be a part of a company that is known for providing quality service Company uniforms Fulltime, year-round work Stable and growing company Training opportunities for career growth, industry certifications, and advancement Benefits: 70% company paid Medical Insurance W/ low Deductibles Dental Insurance Vison Insurance Paid Vacation 3 sick days (24 hours) 2 personal days (16 hours) 6 Paid Holidays 401K W/ Company Match Life Insurance Short Term Disability Tuition Reimbursement Entry Level HVAC Installer Pay Scale: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday - Friday| 7:00am - 4:00pm with potential overtime till 5:00pm What You'll Be Doing: Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installations Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Installing gas pipe, duct work, platforms, and cutting in registers Receiving hands-on instruction on the job site What We're Looking For: Construction or similar industry experience is desired Well organized and ability to work independently Ability to follow directions, both verbally and written, from lead workers and Supervisors Ability to use power tools such as drills and saws, and hand tools Ability to use basic math, and read a tape measure Ability to lift 50 lbs. and up to 100lbs with assistance EPA Universal Certification desired- we will train Trace school Certification for HVAC Valid driver's licenseinsurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent
