Experienced Electrical Helper / Skilled Tradesman *Newby Services, LLC* Newby Services, LLC is looking for a dependable, experienced, hands-on worker to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good problem-solving skills, and can work independently without needing constant supervision. *You do NOT have to be a licensed electrician to apply.* We are willing to consider someone with solid electrical experience or a strong background in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades who is willing and able to learn. What We're Looking For * Previous electrical, construction, maintenance, or skilled trades experience * Someone who knows how to use tools and work with their hands * Ability to follow directions, troubleshoot problems, and use common sense * Someone who can work independently and get the job done right * Reliable, punctual, and ready to work * Takes pride in doing quality work and pays attention to detail * Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility * A positive attitude and a strong work ethic Job Duties * Assist with and perform electrical work appropriate to your experience and qualifications * Help with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and other job-site tasks * Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely * Work on a variety of projects and help keep jobs moving efficiently * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Follow instructions, work well with the crew, and complete tasks correctly Who Should Apply? We are looking for someone with real-world experience who wants to work, learn, and be a valuable part of a team. You don't need to know everything, and you don't need an electrician's license, but you do need to bring some skills, initiative, and a willingness to put in an honest day's work. If you have electrical experience, that's a plus.
