Fabricator/Welder/Shop Helper

Penn Steel Fabrication is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our growing steel fabrication team. We are hiring *Welders, Fitters, and Shop Helpers* for our structural steel fabrication shop. We are willing to consider candidates with different levels of experience, including entry-level applicants who are willing to learn. _Positions & Responsibilities_ *Welders:* Perform welding on structural steel components using MIG and other welding processes. *Fitters:* Read shop drawings, fit and assemble structural steel components, and prepare materials for welding. *Shop Helpers:* Assist with material handling, grinding, cleaning, loading/unloading, and general shop duties.
