Paid training is provided to help you grow your expertise in this essential industry. *Duties* Assist senior HVAC technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Support routine maintenance tasks with the installers, technicians, management as requested. Participate in system repairs involving plumbing, electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair. Drive company vehicles as needed for equipment transport or site visits while adhering to safety protocols. Contribute to property maintenance tasks related to HVAC system upkeep and general building comfort. *Skills* Basic construction experience with an understanding of mechanical systems is highly desirable. Heavy lifting over 50 lbs. Familiarity with service technician procedures including HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance. Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and diagnostic meters like ohmmeters. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or property managers.
