We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Trades Helper to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Trades Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting skilled tradespeople on various projects. You will assist with a range of tasks, from preparing worksites and handling materials to performing basic repairs and ensuring a clean and safe environment. We are looking for an experienced install apprentice and offering the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals in the trades. Responsibilities * Assist skilled tradespeople (HVAC installer) with their duties. * Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and potential hazards. * Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment. * Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. * Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision. * Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines at all times. * Help assemble and install products and components. * Support ad hoc duties and project work as assigned. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED (preferred). * one year or more field experience installing HVAC equipment * Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (preferred). * Safety-conscious with a willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
