HVAC Apprentice

We serve a mix of homeowners, small commercial buildings, and general contractors. As our business grows, we’re looking for team members who want to grow with us. *What You’ll Do:* * Assist experienced HVAC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems * Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues * Gain hands-on experience in the field * Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Commit to learning and growing your technical and customer service skills *What We’re Looking For:* * Eagerness to learn and grow in the HVAC field * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work well with a team and take direction * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous HVAC school or coursework is a plus, but not required Whether you’re fresh out of trade school or looking to switch careers into a skilled trade, we’d love to hear from you.
