With an in-house training facility and experienced teammates to learn from, we give you support and opportunities to build your skills. *Your Growth Plan* We want you to understand what you’re learning, what comes next, and how your progress can lead to more responsibility and higher pay. * *Build your foundation:* Learn jobsite safety, tool use, material identification, customer care, and proper job preparation. * *Develop installation skills:* Work alongside experienced technicians to learn equipment removal, ductwork, fittings, insulation, and installation procedures. * *Take on more responsibility:* Complete assigned tasks with increasing independence while meeting our safety and quality standards. * *Work toward advancement:* As your skills, reliability, and performance grow, work toward an HVAC Installer or Technician position. Your development will include hands-on training, feedback, and skill reviews to identify your next goals. Advancement and pay increases are based on demonstrated skills, performance, and readiness for the next level. *What You’ll Do* * Assist technicians with heating and cooling installations and equipment replacements. * Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. * Help remove old equipment and prepare work areas for installation. * Assist with ductwork, fittings, insulation, and other tasks under supervision. * Protect customers’ homes with drop cloths and keep work areas clean. * Gather materials and help keep jobs moving efficiently. * Keep company vehicles, tools, and shop areas clean and organized. * Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment. * Treat customers, teammates, and their property with respect. *What We’re Looking For* * Reliable attendance and a willingness to show up ready to work. * A positive attitude and the ability to take direction and apply feedback. * A desire to learn, ask questions, and improve. * Comfort working indoors and outdoors in Montana weather. * Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting and carrying materials, climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in confined spaces, with or without reasonable accommodation. * A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for positions involving company driving. * Previous construction, labor, or hand-tool experience is helpful, but not required. *What We Offer* * *$24–$29/hour*, depending on experience. * Overtime opportunities. * Paid medical insurance. * Paid vacation and holidays. * Company-provided uniforms. * AFLAC, disability, and life insurance options. * Up to a 3% IRA contribution. * Hands-on training and opportunities for advancement. * Company parties and a supportive team. _Benefits are subject to eligibility and company plan terms._ *Ready to learn a trade and build your future?
