HVAC / Ductwork Installer – Apprentice to Experienced (Commercial)

*Job Title:* HVAC / Ductwork Installer – Apprentice to Experienced (Commercial) *Location:* El Paso, Texas *Job Type:* Full-Time *Pay Rate:* $16–$26 per hour (based on experience) *Job Description:* We are seeking motivated HVAC and ductwork installers to join our commercial mechanical team in El Paso, Texas. This position involves assisting foremen and HVAC/R technicians with the fabrication, installation, insulation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems and ductwork on a variety of job sites. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to grow within the mechanical trade. *Responsibilities:* * Fabricate, install, and hang sheet metal and flex duct systems in commercial buildings * Assist with installing rooftop units, air handling units, evaporative coolers, fans, and other HVAC equipment * Install supports, hangers, dampers, diffusers, grilles, and registers * Seal and insulate ductwork to job specifications * Read and follow mechanical drawings and job site instructions * Follow IMC/UMC code requirements and OSHA job site safety regulations (including ladder, lift, and fall protection) * Use hand and power tools safely and effectively * Work collaboratively with lead installers, technicians, and foremen * Maintain clean and organized job sites *Preferred Experience:* * Prior experience in commercial HVAC or sheet metal ductwork installation and fabrication * Experience working in warehouses and/or data centers is highly preferred * Familiarity with large-scale HVAC systems (RTUs, AHUs, VAV systems) is a plus * Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, or forklifts is preferred; certifications are a plus * EPA 608 certification is a plus * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card is a plus *Requirements:* * Registered (or willing to register) as an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor, including work at heights and in hot conditions * Reliable transportation to job sites * Willingness to travel and work out of town as needed * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn *Benefits:* * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Overtime opportunities * Hands-on training and career advancement * On-the-job training * Safety equipment provided *Work Location:* In person Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
