HVAC Install Helper

Reliable Heating & Air is growing, and we're looking for hard-working HVAC Install Helpers to join our residential new construction team in Knightdale. You'll work alongside an experienced install mechanic, installing heating and air systems in brand-new homes. No HVAC experience? No problem. If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn, we'll teach you the trade. What You'll Do Assist the Mechanic: Help install ductwork, boots, registers, line sets, and HVAC equipment in new homes. Materials & Tools: Load and unload trucks, carry materials and equipment, and make sure the crew has what it needs on site. Job Site Work: Work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders to support rough-in and trim-out. Keep It Clean & Safe: Keep job sites clean and organized and follow all safety practices. Learn & Grow: Learn duct fabrication, equipment installation, and HVAC fundamentals on the job. What We're Looking For Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required; we'll train the right person Reliable transportation to our Knightdale shop and job sites Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors in all weather Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and learn Valid driver's license is a plus Why Reliable?
