*Job Summary* Kulicamp Mechanical is a high-performing heating and cooling contractor dedicated to delivering exceptional service and solving problems for our customers. In this role, you will be assisting technicians with residential and light commercial service calls, maintenance, and installations. You’ll use hand tools, and help troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems while building practical experience across residential and commercial equipment. As you build trust with us in this role, you'll have a real path to grow into your future as an HVAC technician. *Duties* * Assist with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair, including air conditioning, boilers, and furnaces. * Pick up parts from suppliers and deliver them to jobsites using the company vehicle. * Assist with miscellaneous shop tasks including but not limited to sorting and organizing filters for maintenances, recovering refrigerant from old units, maintaining shop cleanliness, organizing materials for upcoming jobs, restocking supplies and other miscellaneous shops tasks. *Experience & Requirements* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Mechanical knowledge and comfort using hand tools. * Interest or experience in HVAC, service technician work, equipment troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair. * EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification is a plus; willingness to learn and follow applicable safety requirements is essential. * Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * We are a drugfree workplace, all candidates will be subject to a preemployment drug screening. *Compensation & Benefits* * Pay Scale: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour. * Health Insurance and HSA * 401K with matching * Paid Time Off:40 hours of paid time off. * Paid Holidays:6 paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day).
