What you'll do * Help your lead install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork * Check the truck for missing stock before every install * Carry, stage, and haul out equipment * Leave every job site clean * Complete daily training * Work safe and treat customers' homes with respect Must-haves * Reliable, on time, and ready to learn * Able to work in attics and tight spaces * Able to pass a background check and drug screen * Clean driving record * Clean background check Nice-to-haves * Any HVAC or construction experience * EPA certification * Your own hand tools How to apply: Apply on Indeed.
