We are hiring an HVAC Installation Helper to join our residential team. No prior HVAC experience is required. We provide 100% paid on-the-job training. You will work alongside a Lead Installer learning how to remove old equipment and install new, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems in residential homes. *Responsibilities* * Assist Lead Installers with the safe removal of old furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. * Help layout, assemble, and connect sheet metal and flexible ductwork. * Unload new equipment, carry installation tools, and keep the job site clean and organized. * Learn to brazing copper lines, run drain lines, and install low-voltage wiring. * Maintain a professional, clean presence while working in customers' homes. *What You Will Earn & Learn* * Paid Training: Full hourly wage from day one while you master the trade. * Hands-on Skills: Learn sheet metal ductwork, low-voltage wiring, and equipment placement. * Career Advancement: Clear pathway to move up to a Lead Installer role with higher earning potential. *Requirements* * Completion of an HVAC program or equivalent field experience * Valid driver's license with a good, insurable driving record. * Ability to pass a background check. * Strong physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot attics or crawlspaces. * Basic comfort using hand and power tools.
