Please indicate your preferred position and shift when applying.* _*Current Openings, Schedules & Compensation*_ *CNC MILLING MACHINISTS – ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS* * 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM | $30–$40/hour * 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM | $33–$44/hour (includes 10% differential) * 3rd shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 36 hours/week | $37.50–$50/hour (includes 25% differential) * Part Time Weekend shifts available as well! CNC base pay is $30–$40/hour depending on experience and qualifications. CNC milling experience is preferred; CNC lathe experience will also be considered. *Responsibilities* * Set up and operate CNC horizontal and vertical milling machines, including Mazak HCN-5000, Mazak 700, or comparable equipment. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. * Perform setups, tooling changes and offsets; apply knowledge of speeds, feeds and machining processes. * Inspect precision parts using appropriate measuring instruments. * Troubleshoot machining challenges with programmers and production colleagues. * Maintain production and inspection records; follow ISO quality and safety standards. *Qualifications* * Previous CNC machining experience required; setup experience preferred. * CNC milling experience preferred; CNC lathe experience considered. * Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment. * Working knowledge of CNC tooling, offsets, speeds and feeds. * ·Mazak/Mazatrol, G-code/M-code and Fanuc experience are pluses. * Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, quality focus and attention to detail. * High School diploma or equivalent. Trade school a plus. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ *ENTRY-LEVEL POLISHER – 1ST SHIFT ONLY* * Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM | $18–$21/hour depending on experience * No previous polishing experience required; paid on-the-job training provided. * Opportunity to develop skills and potentially advance to CNC Machine Operator and CNC Machinist positions over time. *Responsibilities* * Polish, smooth rough edges and finish machined metal parts with handheld tools and equipment. * Remove surface imperfections and prepare components to quality standards. * Follow work instructions, inspect finished parts, and learn basic measuring equipment. * Handle parts carefully, keep the work area clean and safe, and support other manufacturing duties. *Qualifications* * No prior polishing experience required; manufacturing or metal-finishing experience is a plus. * Good hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. * Willingness to learn, follow directions, accept feedback and work with others. * High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
