SKM Industries is a precision aerospace machine shop in Valencia looking for *mechanically inclined individuals who want to learn CNC machining and build a long-term career in manufacturing.* Our shop uses *modern CNC machines, collaborative robots tending machines, and digital shop travelers and prints on iPads at each workstation.* *What You’ll Do* * Deburr and inspect precision machined parts * Learn blueprint reading and precision measurement * Assist machinists with setups and tooling * Learn to operate CNC machines *Ideal Candidate* * Mechanically curious * Enjoys working with tools and machines * Detail oriented and reliable * Wants to learn a skilled trade Experience with *automotive work, mechanical hobbies, fabrication, robotics, or shop work* is a plus but not required. *Important – Application Requirement* Please include a short answer to this question when applying: *What is something mechanical you have built, repaired, or worked on?* Applications without this answer will not be considered.
