What You'll Do * Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance * Learn residential and commercial plumbing systems through hands-on field training * Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment * Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and inventory * Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles * Deliver professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and teammates * Follow company safety procedures and quality workmanship standards * Participate in ongoing technical and professional development Qualifications * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn a skilled trade * Reliable, punctual, and coachable * Able to safely lift 75–100 pounds * Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions * Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record * Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening * High School Diploma or GED preferred *No plumbing experience is required.* We hire for character, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
