Residential HVAC Install Helper

*Overview* We are hiring an Experienced HVAC Install Helper to work alongside Lead Installers on residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations. This position is for someone who already has hands-on HVAC or mechanical experience and understands jobsite expectations, tools, and workflow. *Responsibilities* * Assist Lead Installer with HVAC system installations (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork, IAQ products) * Set equipment, run line sets, assist with ductwork and system change-outs * Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently * Load/unload materials and keep truck and jobsite organized * Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and rooftops * Follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and code requirements * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with customers *Qualifications* * Prior HVAC install helper experience required * Familiarity with HVAC tools, materials, and jobsite workflow * Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor * Comfortable working in tight spaces and all weather conditions * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to take direction This position offers an exciting pathway into the thriving world of residential HVAC installation.
