We are hiring experienced welders, intermediate welders, and welding helpers for construction work in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities by experience level:
* Experienced Welders: Read drawings and independently perform fit-up, welding, and assembly work. Ensure weld quality and accuracy.
* Intermediate Welders: Perform basic welding under supervision and assist with measuring, cutting, grinding, and fit-up.
* Welding Helpers: Handle materials, prepare tools, assist welders, and maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
Requirements:
* Relevant welding experience for experienced and intermediate positions.
* Ability to safely use tools and equipment appropriate to the assigned role.
* Reliable attendance, a responsible attitude, and willingness to follow site instructions and safety rules.
Pay: Based on skills and experience.
