Carpenter/Helper

*Overview* Join the team as a Carpenter/Helper and contribute to construction, remodeling, and repair tasks from preparation through installation. You’ll support skilled tradespeople, work with a range of materials and tools, and help keep job sites organized and safe. Your impact: Careful preparation and quality installation help create durable, functional spaces for clients and communities. *Duties* * Assist with carpentry, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging and various other carpentry related tasks. * Use hand and power tools to install building materials, flooring, tile, and caulking. * Read construction plans and interpret technical drawings; support construction estimating, inspection, and management tasks. * Follow safety protocols, maintain an orderly construction site/ *Recommended Prerequisites * * Construction experience, including construction site experience; building construction and outdoor work experience are helpful. * Practical carpentry skills and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and building material installation. * Ability to follow safety protocols and understand construction plans; experience interpreting technical drawings is preferred. * Experience with remodeling, concrete, flooring, tile, windows, doors, cabinets, or trim *Who Will Succeed in This Role?* The ideal candidate is someone who shows up ready to work, asks questions, takes pride in learning, and wants to improve every day.
