CNC Machine Operator, Fiberglass- 2nd Shift

_*\*\*\*\*\*NOW HIRING FOR FIBERGLASS CNC OPERATOR\*\*\*\*\**_ CLICK HERE: www.forteproducts.com/jobs TO APPLY! *Position:* Full-Time | 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM * *Training will occur on various shifts* Mandatory overtime is dependent on department needs. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Maintain a safe work environment * Lead by example and act as a team player * Assist in all positions in department and fill in as needed * Maintain familiarity with all available colors and types of materials * Follow directions as instructed by Supervisor * Follow BOM’s, Setup Sheets, and Work Instructions * Conduct machine start-up’s and shut-down’s, troubleshooting, safe operation and cycle programming procedures * Conduct inspections on all tooling for any damage that may interfere with production * Conduct inspections on all parts for any imperfections * Communicate with Materials about upcoming tooling changes or material needs * Assist in housekeeping and organization of department and surrounding areas *SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED* * Ability to maintain excellent safety and attendance records * Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area * Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and customers in a courteous manner * Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including overtime * Ability to understand current processes used * Ability to work with limited supervision * Ability to understand BOM’s, Setup Sheets, and Work Instructions * Ability to perform machine start-up, shut-down, troubleshooting, safe operation and cycle programming procedures * Ability to perform inspections on tooling and parts * Ability to perform shift inspections and preventative maintenance on machine *Why Forté Products?* At Forté Products we recognize that people drive our success.
