Entry-Level CNC Operator

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, follow production schedules, and help produce high-quality parts in a safe and efficient environment. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities * Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to produce quality parts * Prepare and load raw materials and parts into CNC machines * Operate machines to complete production runs efficiently and accurately * Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality * Follow system-generated production schedules to support on-time delivery * Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications * Perform daily machine checks and basic operator preventative maintenance (PMs) * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area * Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards * Assist with additional production tasks as assigned Critical Skills & Knowledge * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings * Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes * Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills * Strong attention to detail and quality * Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn * Good communication and teamwork skills Minimum Qualifications * Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required * CNC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Safety shoes required Physical Demands * Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs. * Ability to stand and work on a manufacturing floor for extended periods of time * Ability to frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the work area Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Marne, MI 49435 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Marne, MI 49435: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
