This is a hands-on, outdoor position involving firewood processing, skid-steer operation, equipment maintenance, and general yard operations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and is eager to learn new skills. We believe in rewarding employees who work hard, take pride in their work, and want to become valuable members of our team. *Job Responsibilities* * Operate and assist with firewood processing equipment. * Learn and operate skid-steers and other equipment as training and experience allow. * Sort, stack, and organize firewood. * Help load customer orders and delivery trucks. * Ride along with delivery drivers and assist with stacking wood at customer locations. * Assist with daily firewood processing and production. * Perform basic equipment maintenance and help keep machinery in good working condition. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Assist with general business projects and other tasks as needed.
