Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice

HVAC Apprentice *Learn a skilled trade by helping install residential heating and cooling systems.* Aireo Home Services is looking for an HVAC Apprentice to work alongside our experienced installers. Your primary focus will be assisting with furnace, air conditioner, and other residential HVAC installations. You’ll build the skills to become a capable installer while developing a foundation for a future move into service if that’s where you want to take your career. We’re looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn. Previous HVAC experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with construction, mechanical, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. *What you’ll do* * Help remove existing equipment and install new heating and cooling systems. * Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. * Assist with ductwork, venting, equipment placement, and related installation tasks under supervision. * Protect customers’ homes and keep work areas clean and organized. * Follow safety procedures and directions from the lead installer. * Learn proper installation practices and take on more responsibility as your skills develop. * Treat customers, teammates, and their property with respect. *What we’re looking for* * Reliable attendance and punctuality. * A willingness to listen, ask questions, and learn. * Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools. * Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying equipment with assistance, using ladders, and working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures. * Attention to detail and pride in doing a job correctly. * A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * HVAC or construction experience is a plus. *Why join Aireo?* You’ll work directly with experienced HVAC professionals and gain practical installation experience as part of a growing home services company.
