Plus, we offer additional coverage options, including dental, life, and short- and long-term disability insurance * *Retirement*: Secure your future with our *401(k) plan*, which includes a *6% company match* * *Paid Training*: Weekly customer service and technical training, additional offsite specialty training offered * Company-supplied vehicle * New technology, including iPad & access to integrated software *Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities * * Participates in formal training and on-the-job instruction * Assists Plumbing Service Technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems * Helps with drain cleaning, fixture repair and replacement, water heater service, and other related in-home service calls * Gathers, carries, and stages tools, parts, and materials needed for each job * Operates a variety of hand and power tools needed for plumbing service and repair * Protects customers’ homes by laying drop cloths and floor protection, and cleans the work area after each job * Coordinates with team members to provide excellent customer service * Helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-inventoried truck * Participates actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats * Performs other duties as assigned *Required Skills & Experience* * Punctual, reliable, and must have strong communication skills * Ability to follow instructions and be a team player * Attention to detail * Prioritization and time management skills * Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the plumbing trade * Clean, safe driving record * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred * At least six months of experience in a similar field preferred * Enrollment in or willingness to pursue a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred *Who We Are* AAA City Plumbing has deep roots in this community, and over the past thirty years, we’ve made a name for ourselves providing dependable plumbing services with a hand-picked team of the best plumbers in the area.
