Apprentice Carpenter/Laborer

We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build upon their interest in a career in the construction industry. *About the Role* Candidate must have at lease a minimal background in construction practices, basic carpentry skills, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to quality at every step of the building process—from site work to the final punch list. *Who We Are* Founded in 2015 with roots in Custom Net-Zero home building, we have expanded into large-scale development projects while maintaining our passion for high-end craftsmanship. We are currently building New Hampshire's largest Net-Zero ready home community in Exeter, NH, alongside custom home builds throughout the Seacoast area. We value our team members and are dedicated to fostering your professional growth and career goals. *Responsibilities:* - Etiquette for High-end new construction and renovation - Minimal framing required but regularly necessary to support various trades and repairs on existing homes - Exterior work to include minimal siding corrections and trim installation - Window and door installation - Interior finish work (trim, stairways, baseboards, interior doors, cabintry) - Decking, Porch finish and railing installation - Jobsite cleanup and general labor support *Hours and Location* - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends or holidays) - Location: Seacoast area projects - Compensation: Wages dependent on experience in range listed in the advertisement - Benefits: Paid vacation and paid holidays - Tools: Company equipment is provided, but candidates must have their own standard hand tools.
