Pay: $24.00/hr+ Piece-rate pay means your earning potential is uncapped — the more efficiently you complete quality work, the more you can earn. What You'll Do Assist experienced installers with residential HVAC installations. Help install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, gas lines, and venting. Prepare job sites, tools, equipment, and materials for installation. Maintain vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment inventory. Complete work safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Maintain a clean and professional job site. Provide a positive customer experience and communicate professionally with homeowners. Follow safety procedures, building codes, and manufacturer specifications. Continue developing HVAC installation skills through hands-on training and field experience. What We're Looking For Previous hands-on HVAC experience required. Residential installation experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working with tools and performing physical, hands-on work. Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded. Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.
